Enterprise

Enterprise access is for organisations that need guaranteed throughput, a service level agreement, or contractual terms beyond the standard Terms of Service. It is available under a contract with Substrate Artificial Inteligence, S.A.

What a contract can include​

  • Reserved capacity. A committed share of GPU throughput so your traffic is not subject to the capacity-driven HTTP 503 responses described in Pricing and limits.
  • Service level agreement. Availability and latency commitments with service credits. An SLA is only available under contract; standard access is provided without one.
  • Committed-use pricing. Rates below the published prices in exchange for a monthly commitment.
  • Higher rate limits set to your actual needs.
  • Invoicing in euros, with purchase orders and payment terms.
  • Data protection. A signed Data Processing Agreement, the sub-processor list and, where required, audit provisions. The data policy is the same for every customer: zero retention and inference in Spain.
